Skyrim Epic Mode Modded Save for Xbox 360 Out Now.

#1DARC_LegionsPosted 2/4/2012 12:26:43 AM
NOW AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD:

My new modded save for Skyrim which will give you access to dozens of weapons/items/spells/shouts/etc. which are otherwise inaccessible unless you are on the PC, some of which I enchanted with unknown effects. (Many of them do NOT work & may be bugged) as well as all legitimately obtainable perks, spells, weapons, and armor. This is the first version of my modded saves collection. I have only done the increased enemy spawning and boss enemies in Whiterun Hold. The final version will have options for characters with normal stats as well as the type of character shown above, and all holds will have increased enemy spawning.

Available in several varieties as Level 1 or Level 34,500. Be warned until you're done with the game normally, as having all the weapons and armor in the game is obviously a huge spoiler.

There is great hostility towards PC users here on this board, that's not to say everyone hates PC so I for one appreciate it anyways.

Wait a sec.

You modded a save with broken items that do not work, and people are actually thanking you for it?

If you know they don't work, why the hell are you including them?

That video was pretty cool... but I'm not seeing anything about how to get this. Oh, and some of those scenes at the end were like... laggy or distorted when you were facing large groups. Was that my computer or the Xbox not being able to handle so much going on at once?

Edit: Sorry, nvm, I'm an idiot... didn't click "show more..." >.>

Thanks for the prompt replies, I hope a lot of people will see this, download the save, and enjoy it. There is always some people that say "I don't want to get banned for modding but I'd like to check out this mod, etc". I really think that M$ probably doesn't care too much about you playing a mod on a single-player game.

If you are really worried about getting banned for playing this save, you can always just disconnect from Xbox Live and put the save I created onto an offline dummy account instead of your real account, which guarantees that you can get this without a problem. That being said, I personally play on my Level 34,500 character while I'm connected to Xbox Live all the time, and have been playing my modded Fallout 3 save that's a Level 50 on Live for years, and have never even had so much as a warning.

I read somewhere that only about 10 percent of all people that play games are on the PC. I want to make good mods for 360 on Bethesda games in particular since the save files are easy to transfer between PC and back to Xbox. Basically if 90 percent of gamers are playing on consoles, but 99 percent of the mods are only on PC, that doesn't make much sense.

What I have been able to do is limited compared to the mods you will find on PC, but I've never seen anything like it on the Xbox except my mod for Fallout 3, which was created with a similar concept in mind.

@Smackdowner1, there are hundreds of codes I entered into the game using batch files, so there's way more stuff than I can properly test at this time. This is nowhere near a final version, but this game is hot right now so I figured I would provide what I've got. I explain in the video that I have sorted the items by the containers they are in. The room you start in has four wardrobes and four barrels. The untested items are in the barrels, the items that I know work are in the wardrobes. Besides, most of the stuff does work, I wanted to mention that some things are broken so that I won't be getting stupid-ass comments saying "OMG <Blank> Spell doesn't work!"

@HolyGigo, also yes the game does lag a bit when a whole bunch of crap is happening at once, but some of the choppiness is also because my capture card sucks. The video is not actually from the final version of the save, and I basically went back at the last minute and decreased the enemy spawns a good bit so the lag issue should be much improved now.
