whats new and better about this game then Oblivion???

I see this game is on sale for 39.99 at walmart. i wonder should i still buy it if i have Oblivion, and fallout 3... by the way, whats new and better about this game that Oblivion dont have?

radiant quest system so there are infinite quests
combat is improved
different monsters
new quests
I would pay for it

Improved combat.
More varied geography.
Better dungeons (Not amazingly better, but better).
Better character animations/models.

**Oblivion. It is the title of a video game; therefore, it needs to be capitalized.


Anyway, there are a ton of things changed, but the biggest one is levelling.
Levelling is much different. Yes, you still level by using your skills, but major/minor skills are thrown out the window. Instead, levelling any skill enough times levels you up. Instead of selecting three attributes to increase, you now have the option of raising your Stamina, Health, or Magicka by 10 points. Also, each skill has a perk tree. Once you have the required level (as well as any prereq perks, you can put a perk point into that skill.

If you like Oblivion and similar games, then you have absolutely no reason to not give this game a shot.
