Seems like my adventure in Skyrim is coming to an end. thinking about picking up Morrowind, has it aged well or is it unplayable today? Would you still recommend it? thanx
If I buy it, it will be the PC version, if that makes a difference (mods..)

Depends on how good your PC is. There are some insane mods that make it much more playable.

How well it's aged depends entirely on how seriously you take role-playing.

If your answer is a lot, it's one of the best games ever made and holds up very well.

Well, I can play Oblivion fine (never tried Skyrim, got it for 360 as a gift), so I'm assuming my PC can handle Morrowind. :)

Sorry, what do you mean by this? RPGs are my favorite genre...

Just a note.
If you're buying it for the PC, get it on Steam.
It's 50% off right now, so it's only ten dollars.
If you don't have Oblivion either, I'd suggest getting that on Steam, as well.
The Deluxe GotY Edition is only twelve dollars, which is the Vanilla game with all nine DLCs.

Morrowind can be painful, clunky and hard to get into.

That said, it is IMO the best game I've ever played. Go for it.

If you're a 90s kid that thinks he likes RPGs, you'll hate it. Oblivion/Skyrim do not count as RPGs. They're action/adventure type games if anything.

If you appreciate RPGs, you'll soon realise Morrowind is the best out there.

You dont even need mods. MW is awesome as it is. Buy it.
