any way to make destruction magic severely overpowered??

If on consoles, Necromage+Vampire. It's already good if you abuse the stunning effect of the Impact perk.

If on PC, use the console to modify its power multiplier.

You know, Google isn't even around the corner. In fact, for most normal users and their normal computers, it's at the tippy top of the frickin screen. Some people don't even have this, and their google is located underneath three layers of ultra dense, premium firewalls.

Is your Google under three layers of ultra dense, premium firewalls, or do you just not feel good enough to Google something?

Unless you are on PC or using a PC modded save.....
The answer would be no.

I enchanted stuff to get my destuction magicka cost to zero and it started to feel pretty powerful (finally).

Being able to hurl unlimited fireballs with impact makes even large groups of enemies a friggin joke.

Not as OVER powered as archery but more fun IMO
