I'd take text over voice acting in a game like this any day.

I think I'm one of those few people who doesn't care about voice acting at all. Cut all of it if it means extending the MAIN storyline 10 hours and giving me a few more factions to deal with. Morrowind didn't have much voice-acting, yet its content was incredible.

The voice acting in TES is pretty horrible (save for a few good ones) so yeah.

I'd be for it; I recently finished my first ever Morrowind playthrough (main game, still have to play through Mournhold and Bloodmoon), straight up with no mods, and I thought it was a great game, it still has some voice acting, mostly "atmospheric" in nature, but I was fine with reading the text.

To be honest, I think the next main ES entry will most likely be for the upcoming next gen consoles, which I'm assuming will use blu-ray disc readers, and blu-rays can hold a lot more info, so if anything we can have even more voice acting, but if for some reason it came down to it, I'd rather have more content than VA. Realistically it seems unlikely that they'd take a step back like that though.

It has nothing to do with disc space. Skyrim is a mere 3.6 GB.

I would take less content for the main character to have a voice(more than shouts) there's nothing I hate more than a silent protagonist in a game where everyone around him/her talks

Rainbow Dash is best pony. The only arguement I will accept is for Twilight Sparkle.

Yeah, because though voice acting is good in this one... Atleast 2 people in each city has the same exact voices in the same city, excluding guards and what not so because many of the named characters have the same voice, i would.

I can do the voices myself if i really wanted to and have different voices for every person in the game!
