Thanks for compiling all of this info, and even bothering to update it with more, too.

However, skimming this I found a mistake or two in the stealth section.

First, the silence perk does not equate to 100% muffle. I know this because I have an Nightblade who has this perk, and is still detected while invisible by high level vampires when getting too close. By equipping Shrouded Boots or casting the Muffle spell, the same vampires cannot detect me at all while invisible.

Also, having certain spells equipped does cause light that is detrimental to sneaking (I mean just having them equipped, not necessarily charging or casting). I found this out by trying to sneak up to someone without invisibility on my mage, seeing how far I could get. I could literally stand in the same place and have the eye open when I had Incinerate equipped in both hands, then equip Invisibility in both hands and have the eye close. To be sure it was light and not noise that Incinerate was generating, I cast Invisibility the switched back to double Incinerate, and was not detected even when sneaking only a few feet from the NPC. This character was wearing a custom muffle enchantment and had the quiet casting perk, by the way.

I'm quite certain vampires are an exception to the rule. They have powers of perception that far surpass other enemies, even dragons. Onyx's findings are consistent with my own experiences. I've always figured the vampire AI just allowed for them to detect the player no matter what.

ya, they seem to have a unique effect of some kind. Noticed that myself when Morthal noticed me even though i had the steed stone, the silence perk, the nightengale set with 100% muffle, AND a 25% and 35% sneak (iirc) as my necklace and ring, and i was a vampire myself so there's another 25% to sneak, and invisible as well. He still noticed me when i got in a certain distance. oh and i was sneaking of course.

Magicka Absorption absorbs all summon spells (including summon shouts, but not Vampire or Werewolf summons)

Wait....so... Spell absorption doesn't affect gargoyle summons whilst in Vampire Lord form?

Fortify Destruction - Glowing Mushroom,Nightshade

These potions are the only way to increase Destruction damage, other than a few perks, and potions are stackable, right?

So, you can create six potions to stack for some pretty badass damage:

Circlet
Falmer helmet
Ring
Necklace
Gloves/gauntlets/bracers
No enchanted gear equipped

Just make a potion, then equip one piece after each potion...

Forgive me if this is commonly known and practiced, I'm fairly new to using magic, and even then, I mostly use Illusion and I'm beginning to add in some Alteration; Destruction is totally foreign to me.

In my experience, yes. If you have findings to the contrary let me know so that this can be more accurately addressed.

@ obishawn: Yes. Potions with different values stack multiplicatively so your suggestion should provide incredibly powerful magic.

Interesting to note that GFAQs spell checker doesn't recognize multipicatively :)

I'm not in a position to test, just found it very interesting. Someone with 100% spell absorption would still have access to SOME sort of conjuration then :)

Here are minimum perks needed to hit the armor cap with some other popular armors. These will be added to v1.2. Dragonborn DLC it will add some more, but I'll go through some Dawnguard ones including Vampire, Dawnguard, Heavy Dawnguard, Heavy Falmer, and Hardened Falmer. Sorry for the messy format...

Royal Vampire Armor
Total Perks; 10
(Armor cap with no helm 592)

100 Smithing, 100 Light Armor, Steel Smithing, Elven Smithing, Advanced Armor, Enchanting 1/5 (Fortify Smithing 12%), Arcane Enchanting, Ancient Knowledge, 5/5 Agile Defender, Smithing Elixir

Royal Vampire Armor, Vampire Boots, Vampire Gauntlets. Regular Vampire Armor results in 17-18 less armor.

Steel Shield + Lord Stone, no Enchanting = 592
No Shield + No Lord Stone, using Enchantments = 598

You can have 5/5 Enchanter and 3/5 Agile Defender, but it results in needing two more perks to hit the cap.

Dawnguard, and Falmer Armors
100 Smithing, 100 Armor Skill, Ancient Knowlege, Steel Smithing, Elven Smithing, Advanced Armors, Smithing Elixir.

As usual...Shield can reduce up to 1 perk, The Lord Stone can eliminate the need for up to 1 perk, flesh spells can eliminate 1-2 perks.

Type...(Base):Smithing Perks: Armor Perks: Custom Fit: Matched Set: Total
Dawnguard..........(61)3:2:Y:Y:7 (593)
H.Dawnguard........(78)3:1:Y:Y:6 (558)
Hardened Falmer....(78)3:1:Y:Y:6 (558)
Heavy Falmer.......(96)3:1:Y:Y:6 (611), (- Matching Set, 524)
