Because I love my Xbox.

And I had enough monies to buy it on PC later.

Console allows you to play the game how it was supposed to be played, with no temptation to just "Console" everything.

I play morrowind and oblivion all the time on my Mac. Too bad it doesn't want to successfully install bootcamp or I woulda got skyrim running by now too.

I don't play games outside low tier F2P games on my laptop.

Also, I'm fine with the vanilla ES games on the consoles.
