Does anyone know the answer on my question above? Also please give a timezone....I live in germany and am freaking out for Dragonborn release :D

I dunno... like 15 1/2 hours from now? I thought I remember hearing a 3 am.... or was it a 5 am...
Though not sure what the whole deal about the 1.8 patch is about. Has it been released for non-english speaking territories yet? Will it be released alongside Dragonborn for everyone? 1.8 is already out for non-enlish territories and it is required for Dragonborn.
That makes me sad :( so i have to go to university and can't stay up and wait for the dlc :(
