Did want to come back to the board until I had finished DB.

I know you can get a House but are there any safe chests I can stash my loot in just for a while?

I just downloaded it and might not be of any help but if this information would apply to the new DLC areas then these storage areas should work

again i know nothing of the new DLC so I'm just hoping it still applies and I in fact did help here

You can get a dremora servant from one of the black books. Basically a chest that you summon whenever you need it. I forget which one can give you that though.

You can also get the Severin Manor after you complete Served Cold which is available after the Fort Frostmoth mission.
