What is so admirable about the guy? What does he do that is so great? He's an Imperial sellout and a horrible father. I just don't get it. Can anyone enlighten me?

I can't believe he was surprised I joined the Stormcloaks. I told him that the Imperials tried to kill me. Guess he might be a bit slow. :/

Um, because he's a competent ruler who's response to "A Dragon attacked Nearby" is "Get my troops out there to defend my people."

Also, he sends his best and most trusted soldier to take a team and investigate a Dragon sighting, isn't corrupt or a puppet, and out of all the Jarls is the one who actually seems to have his **** together.

And LOL at you calling him an "imperial sellout" just because he's not on the same side as you. I'm pro-Imperial and still respect pro-Stormcloaks (somewhat), but come on. By your logic, I could call Stormcloak aligned Jarls "Stormcloak sellouts" and it would be a-okay.
