Mine glitched, so it didn't do the animation...

Worked the second playthrough though.

I would do that to every enemy if I could. Even the Rieklings.

Froze the first time I tried it, reloaded, and then ^that^ happened.

*Sigh* It's part of a quest, when you interact with a certain person it gives you the option to do it, sorta like how you took blood for the Oghma Quest. That kind of option appears.
