Who is the guy for the fire based mask? I presume there is one since there is one for the other elements...

Its not Vahlok cause... well I've killed him 3 different ways and no mask from that bum...

Spoilers:

It will cost you 11k in gold to get it, but the quest has a nice loot, including a set.
