Hammerfell would be pretty cool. We'd get a lot more curved swords. I think Black Marsh would be interesting but hard to pull off.

I could imagine Bethesda making Hammerfell so awesome visually.

Hammerfell is the only province that isn't fully gloomy. Would be a nice change of environment.

Personally I would like to see Summerset Isle and or Akavir. Not sure what the story would be, but to see I think there graphics would be breath taking.

I'd like to go to Valenwood. Bosmer don't get nearly enough attention.

Is Hammerfell a desert region? Seems like it would be, all things considered. Definitely want to see some rolling sand dunes, lush oasis...es, and how Bethesda would actually make it unique without it being repetitive.

I could see the next installment taking place in Elseweyr and Valenwood... they're both small enough to make it into the same game.
