Being able to reset perk points.

Other than that, the Morrowind nostalgia, Hermaeus Mora related stuff, new weapons, and such were all pretty cool.

The best is being able to clear perks. Create any build you want, without creating a new character

Dragon Aspect.

I seriously disliked it when I first got it cause I couldn't see it helping me in anyway. Then turned here and found out exactly how it helps (also checked active effects which helped confirm). Now I love the thing. I walk into the area that I ether think will be the boss or I know is the boss, I pop Dragon Aspect with all 3 words. And proceed to wreck while not taking much damage.
