MC2011Posted 12/11/2012 6:11:20 PM | Yeah, but I'm that hardcore gamer who hates on Bugthesda™ and their casualization of the TES series, and believes it should go back to it's more challenging roots of Morrowind and before.
You know, no fast travel, incorporate travel services where you actually have to sit through the journey unless you jump off part way through (except for mage guild teleports and teleport spells), no more compass (rely on directions which Bethesda better damn well think out and get right), harder puzzle quests that don't give you the answer easily, nor give you the answer in the same room (time to do some mother ****ing THINKING to find out where you could go to do some RESEARCH), more skills, more items, more item types, durability, attributes, etc.
TES BELONGS TO THE HARDCORE NERDS!

zeroboboPosted 12/11/2012 6:14:35 PM | people have a habit of trying to compare things to other things even though it doesnt really work.

:D AWWWWW hell naw. Caesar's Legion is NOT evil. YEs, they have slaves. Yes, they don't give women rights. Yes, everyone must join the military. And yes, they aren't shy about the death penalty. But in the course of New Vegas, they massacred Nipton, a town of whores with a mayor who HANDED THE TOWN OVER. They have the safest roads, they have the least problems with drugs, their people don't hate the government as much, they rely on natural medicine instead of addictive drugs, etc. The only reason people think they're the obvious evil choice, is because Bethesda forced release date on Obsidian so they didn't get to show any of their actual cities or communities, just the military. And, of course, because the NCR is america and can never be the bad choice. Even the ending slides favor the Legion over the NCR. |

However, I have a better comparison. Skyrim is USA, Empire is England/GB, Thalmor are France. This. |
