Both. I usually stay in third person when travelling or using melee attacks, and switch to first person if I'm using archery or magic.

It depends. I switch between 1st and 3rd person pretty often. In melee combat I usually go with 3rd person, but when using magic or bows/crossbows I go 1st person.

I only switch to 3rd person when I'm running around in cities or outside. As soon as I want to loot or fight something I switch to 1st person right away.

Prefer 1st person except when i am looking at my character.Am I the only one who accidentally goes into 3rd person in the middle of a fight?? Also I have had a hard time with a fight only to go into 3rd person a realize i forgot to put armor back on my character, oops.

I tend to stick to first person except when I'm looking for something. I also like to go to third person every once in a while just to see actual attack animations.

Third person.
First person is for FPS only.

I find pretty shocking that so many people use first person. It kills the immersion.

I use 3rd in towns, while traveling and if I'm using a 2 handed weapon. 1st other times.

Third person.

Everyone who says that third person aiming is messed up is just wrong. It's so much easier in third person. Also, what's the point in all of that customization if all you get to see is what's in front of you? Or a weapon that takes up a huge portion of the screen.

Third person all the way!!

Mostly first person. Sometimes third. I've got this mod that stops the camera from zooming back when you ready your weapons, as I prefer the over-the-shoulder view.
