Any frost enchantment placed on Stahlrim armor gets buffed.
Or are you talking about the actual Artifact Deathbrand armor in comparison to the Daedric Artifacts like Ebony Mail and Savior's Hide? --- Tanoshii wa tanoshii da yo.
