Why do people always say I look sick?

Even if I'm not a vampire or werewolf people tell me I look pale or ill. So I went to the woman at the thieves hideout and made my skin real dark, but people still tell me the same thing, it's getting pretty annoying.

Go to magic and go all the way to bottom and check status.Look for a status in red. go to a shrine or take a cure disease potion.

If they say you look tired then go sleep in a bed. If they say you don' t look well them you have a disease. That's curable with a Cure disease potion or by activating a shrine.

That woman at the alchemist shop in Whiterun will always say that. If it's just her, she's lying to sell you stuff. :p

Sometimes you maintain the interaction side effects of a disease, despite curing it.
So you may have had a disease at one point, cured it, but people still react as if you have it.

Try contracting a new disease, and curing it.
That "may" fix it.

I got that comment often "You look so pale..." whenever I selected shop.
