Then I bring Hammerfell into my new Empire by treaty (I don't want to take a HoonDing to the face), collect Morrowind, make sure the Argonians aren't a threat, and then conquer Valenwood and Elsweyr with overwhelming force.

Anyway, I vote Molag. Malevolent and rapey, no thank you. Vampires are cool (well, more so when I look at Serana and many of my PCs who are good vampires (or at least relatively good, far as Serana goes)), but... Yeah.
Namira is bleh, Mephala and Boethiah too... And Dagon isn't exactly the nicest. But despite his focus on death and destruction, Molag's into torture and mutilation, which I view as more "evil" and repulsive. So I vote him.
Hell, I approve of the sphere "destruction, ambition, and revolution," as destruction and etc. can be good. Not that Dagon himself is often portrayed as anything other than a murderous douche, but yeah.
