I got a section of the wikia deleted, and for good reason (Spoilers)

don't get me wrong, I'm a prefer the uesp of the wiki, but this board already has enough fighting as it is...

Ah, who am I kidding. If you can't beat them, join them.

Wiki sucks ass. The uesp kicks ass.

That stealth page you mentioned brian is for Oblivion, not Skyrim, I don't know about the pickpocket thing but the boots part is accurate for that.

I do agree though, the wikia has a lot of speculation in it's articles which is best left on the talk pages. UESP typically only has accurate information on it's pages.

I do admit that the wikia is good for it's pictures and sometimes for it's individual item articles but all in all, UESP is more accurate.

The Wiki's also far more organized. UESP just has big, messy lists of items, many of which aren't in any discernible order, whereas the Wiki gives each item its own page. This allows it to detail how the item is gotten, where the item is gotten, and various other details about the item. It also makes finding Reference IDs incredibly simple. I've searched individual items on UESP before, and gotten nothing but a stat sheet and a small icon, which doesn't help at all, unless an item's stats are all you care about.

So earlier today (thieves guild spoilers) I looted Mercer's body, and found the left and right "eyes of the Falmor." I decided to look at the wikia, and I looked at each section for the right and left eye. I guess the right eye is just for sale. The left eye must be returned to Delvin as a misc quest. The wikia section for the left eye had a section about 'weight.' It said something like: "It weights 5 pounds, but thats not much while comparing to other Falmer items." I thought that was dumb, so I edited it to simply say "It weighs five pounds." I just looked at the "left eye of the Falmer" section again, and the 'weight' section has just been completely removed.

So did I do a good thing?

You actually looked at the wikis?

Did you perform an exorcism and cut out your own eyes afterwords?

Cute. Mostly, more drunk than you I think. And still right. You say it like drinking is bad. sorry, I'm not "insert rebuttal here" like you are. Uptight? I dunno either. Somehow though, you apply that like it's an automatic wrong button....

Yeah, I'd rather be uptight than pathetic. At least I know how to do things in moderation and, y'know, function in society.

Nope, just right. Eat a balls, assclown, no one likes you.

So right. There's not a single person on this board that likes me. You've totally been here the whole time and know how everybody on this board feels. Which, incidentally, is exactly how you feel.

How many brain cells have you drowned, Brian?

More proof that you have no idea what the f*** you're talking about, and have UESP's male reproductive organ shoved so far up your ass that you'll be s***ting male reproductive juices for a week.

I pity you, Brian. Truly, I do.

I did agree that individual item pages can be more useful, not all the time, but there have been several times I've looked for specific weapon information besides just it's stats and location but just got the stat sheet on UESP. Though personally I feel that UESP is far more organised. There is a large amount of unnecessary information on the wikia and as I mentioned, a lot of speculation which just clogs up articles. Also ref IDs are really easy to find on UESP too. The stat sheets include the ref IDs.

IMO, every section of the wiki needs to be deleted. There's legit nothing there that isn't somewhere else, better.

You really enjoy making ridiculously stupid statements, don't you?

OK.....

I've tried being civil.

Back that up, or GTFO.

Seriously, you're holding a grudge now. IIRC you've done nothing. And I have, look at that.

Looking for reasons not to like someone you aspire to be isn't hateworthy last I checked.

Also, when you post things, you tend to be wrong. It's not my fault that I know more than you, or that I only post when I'm right.

That's a shortcoming you'll have to overcome yourself. Honestly, I thought this was over the last time you cried about it. I suppose you were just waiting for me to post something, so you could flip.

Very admirable traits, in a nobody.

I dare you to find someone on here with 1/10th of the knowledge of a newbie who still uses the useless, wrong, and outdated wiki.

Are you a shareholder or something?

Oh look, you're still posting stupidity. Hardly expected anything better from you, since all you seem to be able to post is "I'M SOMEBODY, I'M SOMEBODY, I'M SOMEBODY" and "F*** THE WIKI, UESP 4 LYF". Are you a shareholder? Have you ever played the PC version, and tried to find reference IDs on the disorganized mess that UESP is? No? Then you don't know what the f*** you're talking about, and you're just spreading your dumbass opinion around as though it's fact. I can't see anybody but a f***ing shareholder throwing praise to something that doesn't deserve it, and claiming absolutely everything that the competition hosts is wrong.

I've gotten more information, correct information at that, from the Wiki than I've ever gotten from you. And y'know what? That's not the only way that the Wiki's better than you are. At least I don't have to worry about the wiki waving around its e-peen, an e-peen that doesn't even f***ing exist as your grand welcome clearly showed, every goddamn time I have a question.

And Brian, if I really wanted to make this personal, I very easily could. I speak up when anybody posts blatant f***ing stupidity. I do it when Rebel does it, I do it when Darkportal does it, and I do it when anybody else I like does it. You are not as special as you seem to f***ing think you are, except in the way we both know I'm thinking. Get the f*** over yourself.

... Man hugs for all?

...

Please?
