You cant pick healing to cure disease since skyrim is lacking the cure disease spell. You could pick alchemy for cure disease potions but healing spells only heal wounds.

Id go with bend will every time.

Enchanting for sure... why would I pick just one ability when I can enchant whatever ability I want? Scratch that, two abilities for every piece of clothing/jewelry?
