There's plenty of lore discussion, but gameplay-wise, who would win?

naravarine. constant effect healing gear.
you CANNOT die.

im assuming no exploits. (so no resto looped gear)
constant effect healing gear isn't an exploit, its just super cheap if you stack a bunch of it lol.

Fus Ro Dah can't be reflected, absorbed, or resisted. Nor can Cyclone.

They are magic effects so yes they can.

yes but there not affected in gameplay by those spells so they still work and banish deadra have fun in oblivion madgod!

Either way what are you hoping to accomplish? Deal barely .0000000001% of his health via fall damage? Which he can heal off with a single spell.
Banish Daedra only works on summons. Try again :P

CoC still has Weakness to Magicka, poison, fire, frost, and shock followed by a poison with fire shock and magic damage with paralyze and 100% Reflect spells and damage with no exploits.

Falling damage works via percentage in Oblivion, I believe. It would kill him as easily as anything else.

Look, for the last time: Kirby has explained it over and over!

Percent of base health. It doesn't take fortify effects into account.

CoC is the most OP player character.

The other two losers don't even come close.

CoC has no way to become a Daedra via gameplay. And if we are using console commands then none of them win since they can all use kill. Well maybe the Nerevarine loses since his is longer. CoC and Dovahkiin just need ~ *click* "kill" *enter*.
