Is it possible to kill a Daedric Prince?

but to do so you'd kinda have to kill everything else.

Sheo was/is unique in the fact that hes two Princes in one.

He was originally Jygalagg the Deadric Prince of Order and Biscuits.....No, no just Order then he became to powerful so the other Princes cursed him to become what he hated, his opposite.....Madness.

When you beat Jygalagg at the end of SI you free him from this curse but seeing as Sheo is now a main Prince the player is given the Mantle and the Isles while Jygalaag rebuilds himself.
HOLY ****! What is this? Forged in Gods very flames! Do mine eyes tell me lies? A new Elder Scrolls game?
