Do you HAVE to be in Vampire Lord form to use Night Powers?

As the title asks, do you need to be in Vampire Lord form to use these night powers? Like Detect All Life and Supernatural Reflexes

Yup. Only that invisibility thing, the calm spell thing, vampire's servant, vampiric drain and night vision works in human form.
