The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I know that Vingalmo is bugged to keep giving you the same three people as targets for turning into vampires.

I know that if you've already turned them and he tells you to turn them again, the only way to get another quest is to kill them so the quest fails.

My Question is this. If you kill all three targets after he's told you to turn them, will I still get quests from Vingalmo to turn them after they are dead?

I want to keep doing vampire radiants for blood potions but I'm getting really annoyed when I get stuck with crap from Vingalmo.

I know I can always load my game to get another questgiver, but I've had to load my game like 5 times before I'm told to talk to someone else sometimes. It's annoying as hell.

I imagine that since he's supposed to be unkillable though, if I were to kill him I'd still get sent to him for quests and end up in the same boat.
