Would a high elf be any good using destruction , restoration, one handed weapons , heaven armor and blacksmith
What are your thoughts on this?

^Sure, but Altmer get some nice magic bonuses, making them a good start for magic users.

Altmer also have the fastest running speed in the game since they are the tallest race.

I cant play as a high elf...

...your 1st person view is screwed up.

I miss 'feeling' like a high elf in Morrowind, looking down on everyone.
