Anyone else run into trouble with the DBH? (Spoilers)

No matter how many times I play this quest line, it always freezes when I enter the Night Mother's coffin. The first time when you have to listen to Cicero and the next time when you have to escape the fire. I know now to save it before I enter it, and then it works after I load the game again.

Anyone else have trouble with the coffin?

I've found just waiting for maybe a few minutes and it fixes itself sometimes, but save right infront of the coffin and just keep trying.
