Hashashin - Desert assassin

Thinking about creating a desert assassin.

Using both daggers and swords (scimitars) I want to revolve the build around all paralyze effects: enchanting, alchemy, and spells.

No armor, but use alteration for all forms of defense. Cyclone shout would fit well, but trying to come up with any other details that would fit.

I made two builds like this.

The Whirlwind spell from Neloth might fit what you want.
Hey! Who's that thinkin' nasty thoughts? Nasty boys.

You oughta get the Hammerfell garb and wear that.
Look, for the last time: Kirby has explained it over and over!

If you don't mind, destroy the Dark Brotherhood and take the red one.

Hashashin? Do you want one based on the historical faction or is that just a name for your assassin.

If it was the former I have lots of ideas.

Skyrim Blog Character Build: The Alik'r

Someone was talking a while ago about how they did a build similar to this. Alik'r robes, scimitars, and alteration for armour. Whoever it was, they said it was the most fun build they'd ever made.
Dwarf shortage.

What about the hashishim, who derived their name from the vast quantities of hashish they consumed, were unique among vicious killers in being both deadly and, at the same time, inclined to giggle, groove to interesting patterns of light and shade on their terrible knife blades and, in extreme cases, fall over.
