The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I miss being able to yield. The guards keep attacking me for getting a bounty of just 5 gold, and killing them would only exasperate the problem. :-\

Spellmaking. So much.

General "feel" I guess. Morrowind and Oblivion I felt alienated and lost in a high fantasy world respectively. Skyrim is far too realistic for my taste.

Sometimes I have to commit another crime to get a new bounty before they will yield.

It seems to be based on how big of a crime you commit. Also, I've noticed that if you attack a guard they won't stop attacking. Try walking up to someone and punching them. Immediately draw your weapon. When a guard approaches, sheath your weapon.

Robes on top of Armor, or just armor/clothing customization in general. I refuse to believe that crap excuse they gave about NPC's, considering how many NPC's were in Morrowind, and on screen at the same time with zero issues. Beth got lazy, let's be real.
