Easy way to get Blood Samples: Go back to Aftland, and collect them from the dead adventurers you find along the way (and one Falmer corpse)

And your next character should be an Orc Mage.

Liars retreat, minus the high elf. Understone keep, or thalmor patrol for that.

halted stream camp for all but falmer. for falmer there is a cave to the east of the hall of the vigilants that has single falmer near the entrance. much easier than liars retreat.
