closer weapon would be silver swords but unless on pc or boosted onehanded enchant they are pretty weak but otherwise they look pretty cool like that i know i have a darkelf vampire that looks like a corpse like that

An Iron Greatsword wouldn't look too bad. You'd want to smith the s*** out of it, though. Oh and make a dagger with soul trap on it and use Lingering Damage Health poisons with it.

Also run around using the fear dragon shout to simulate the scream the nazgul make....makes everyone terrified as well. Fear spells would work too.
