What would be the minor skills and the m/h/s ratio I should use for a knight paladin build. The major skills I chose was two handed, heavy armor, restoration.

You'll look more paladin like if you follow the light armor path of smithing and use elven/ancient falmer/glass than if you do heavy and get ebony/orcish/daedric. You can level heavyy and light armor if you so choose, I just find that the aesthetics are more fitting using the generic light armor, rather than the generic heavy, with dwarven being the exception to the rule. I mean how many Paladins in rpgs have worn armor made out of demons that he summoned to possess his armour (Daedric). Meanwhile glass, elven, and ancient falmer make you look all holy, while steel plate looks quite knightly. --- Gold Guns in MW3: All of Them
