Riverwood wants me dead, what should I do?

I play with Kinect plugged in and my Roommate said Unrelenting force, it grazed a whiterun guard and now they want my blood, I've waiting many days and they still try to kill me... So.. what should I do?

kill them all or

pay the bounty or go to jail

also if your bounty is low you can run and comeback several days later, they SHOULD not attack you but like i said your bounty have to be very low

Go to whiterun. Find a passive guard, turn yo self in and turn yo kinect off. You no handle it.

My best friend specifically disables his Kinect when I come over. He knows me too well.
