So, what would the effect of YOUR Dragon priest mask be?

So if you invented a dragon priest mask called "Dovahkiin" or whatnot, what would be the enchantment?

Of course using a cultist mask you could actually make it. If the effects exist already

Similar to Hircine's Ring.
Except weredragon form, instead of werewolf.

Reduce Shout Cooldown by 50%
Summon Spectral Dragons (2) when below 30% Health.
Fortify Magika, Health and Stamina by 40 Points.

Fortify one handed speed 50%
10% chance to deal 3x damage

Shout redux 20%
summon leveled dragon/dragon priest outside/inside @ 25% health
Works with Mage Armor Perk
