Archery, Destruction, or One-Handed damage increases by 10% for each attack within 5 seconds.

*For example, a 100 damage Steel Sword goes to 110, then 121, then 133 if its attacks can land within 5 seconds of each strike.

So I would make a mask out of Alduin's head. When worn you'd get:

Dragon Thrall Spell: Resurrect a dragon at the cost of 1 dragon soul.
World-eater's revelry: You can devour soul gems or dragon souls to restore health.
Knowledge of Alduin: Gain access to Alduin's Thu'um (Meteor storm, Sovengarde Fog(Soul trap anything killed within range. Souls trapped this way create their own gems)
Dovahkiin: All shouts cooldowns are decreased and strength is increased by how many dragon souls you posses(1% for each soul)

It add two dragon shouts

1. Summons two random dragon two fight w/ u.
2. Shout teleports u to a inner plain where u can store iteams.

Also it would add two spells.

1. Sight line teleporting
2. Sight line black flames that sick and do damage over time. Lol ya amatarasu..
