Billy-De-KidPosted 2/12/2013 8:50:34 PM | I think the vampires should spawn just outside of the city an become hostile, so the guards would deal with them before they even set foot in the city.
Of course, walled cities would become impervious to vampire attack, while Morthal and Dawnstar are screwed.............
