Use frost form or paralyze to drop feralda and as she is getting back up pickpocket your money back as your actual chance will be 100% even if it is 0. You can do this to ninety. After that I atronach to 100.

When restoring the light to medina you have to guide a beam of light through temple. Grab the atronach stone and any essestial follower you can get to come with you(many aquired during quests or just use Mjoll the lioness)

Now stand so the beam is hitting you directly for infinite mana(slight damage over time) and use whatever spells you want on said follower. They will attack you but hey you have infinite mana anyways might as well level Restoration to lol
