My favorite will always be Dunmer. All the lore behind them is just so gosh durn interesting, and they are pretty dang awesome stat-wise for any sort of character you want.

Khajiit, liked the oblivion housecoat version better, but skyrim's lions are okay too. Hell, as long as I can have a khajiit with long, red hair, I'm set

Dunmer are still the same thing as Chimer, just cursed. Not descended from them.
