I never understood people who play warriors in a fantasy setting.

SMASH 'EM TO THE GROUND!!!

The brutality of the Warrior class is what appeals to me, Shouting and shield-bashing enemies into submission, ruthlessly axing those that try to resist.

Plus, it's not like I often walk around in real life with a sword and shield.

Then you are doing it wrong....

Yeah I figured as much…

On another topic, has anyone noticed how player controlled mages actually sprint? Equip two spells (and have them out ready), switch to third person, sprint, and have yourself a good laugh.

Because Xena wasn't a Mage Princess.

I have a few characters, some warrior, some mage. Warrior build isn't so bad. Yesterday I saw a group of Thalmor escorting a Stormcloak, a wizard and two in Elven Armor. I released the Stormcloak and game he a Nord Hero War Axe, had four in my inventory, I dual wield and alway carry extras in case I come across a Stormcloak being escorted.
Anyway, I ended up fighting the two Thalmor Soldiers, he took the wizard. I dispatched the two soldiers pretty quickly looked for him to ffer help, found him just in time to see him dispatching the wizard. Some times good old Nord steel beats magic.

Because Mages look like fools in full Battle Armour. Seeing as some of the armour in this game is lush I would be missing out.

Plus I didn't fancy role-playing a skinny mage Orc. He has to be a warrior, HAS TO!

Magic has it's limitations, I cannot craft a spell that does 50,000 damage like I can with a sword!

Whats better than chopping heads off?

disintegrating people

Just so two ash piles can become stuck in the middle of my now destroyed living room because a hunter chased a fugitive into my house, knocking over everything, forcing me to kill them both?

That made me laugh so hard!!!
