He probably just means because there are almost 7 billion people on the planet and our resources are dwindling. If might be helpful if we stopped making babies for a while until some others die off. It's good advice, guys.

in my game 6 of that guy formed a occupy whiterun movement to protest how being an unemployed criminal sucks and another one got killed in a random encounter.
