So, are there no disenchantable items of shout fortification? I really wanted to put that on my armor. I'm a long-time Skyrim player, but new to enchanting and that seemed like it would be pretty badass.

Please assume that any posts I make are referring to single-player unless I say otherwise. I couldn't possibly give less of a **** about multiplayer or co-op.

Nope, there are no disenchantable items with that effect.
