GriffRobertsPosted 2/19/2013 3:55:49 AM | Generally, if it's associated with a quest, you won't be able to explore the entire dungeon until you're sent there on that quest. You can explore it beforehand, but most likely you'll encounter a locked door or something that prevents your progression.
That's only for static quests, though. Randomly generated quests send you to dungeons you can explore at any time.
