They set their expectations too high and got burned, like Lionhead games. Personally love and play the **** out of BL2 still, a lot of people treated it like the arrival of Christ, though. Now Aliens.... That's a whole other story...

Pretty much that. Had some serious glitch problems with BL2 also, and haven't really felt the urge to touch it again.
