I helped them without really understanding what they really wanted, and now they are asking me to go get brother Verulus and eat him, but I don't want to -_-, I did the quest without saving just to know if there would be a moment where I can decide to kill those cannibal and save him, but I guess no, so what can I do? just leave this quest uncleared?

And the ring you receive from Namira, is it a Daedric Artefact needed for the achievement?

Thanks

Just kill bro v and get the ring. The achievement will register and you can reload to spare bro v by killing the girl in charge (forgot her name)

Eat Verulus and then sacrifice that b**** Eola to Boethiah to get the Ebony Mail. That's what I do. It's the least evil way to go about those two Daedric quests IMO.

I made Eola Steward of Windstad. The ring came in handy as a young Vampire.

Some of the cannibals are semi useful villagers/shopkeepers though.

I don't care, Markarth needs as much purging as it can get. From the Forsworn Conspiracy and from slaughtering the cannibals. Wish some of them weren't essential.
Don't let the dragon drag on!
