My Dragonborn DLC came with a bonus!

I can't enjoy it. I was so psyched to visit Solstheim and get that Morrowind vibe, but the lag is unbearable.

Is there a fix?

Clear Cache, delete some saves?

Does it lag everywhere or just Solstheim?

Yea same here with my 85 hour save. I tried uninstalling the game, reinstalling the dlc, clearing system cache, clearing game cache, deleting saves, reducing my inventory, and i still lag. Its not bad, just a hiccup every 5 seconds or so.

Quoting everyone on a phone is hard so hope this works.

How do you clear cache again? And yes I do have a lot of save files. I'll see if I can't thin it out a bit.

I can assure you Pootbird, me no Jelly.

It lags pretty much only when travelling outside towns where the sandstorm blows and during battles.

I always install games. I'll try uninstalling.

Those hiccups are annoying as fudge...

I'm sure he meant Skyrim vanilla and not the DLC. If he/she/it in fact did mean the DLC then....7/10.

Actually, uninstalling and then reinstalling the DLC would make more sense, since it sounds like something hasn't installed right the first time.
