Can you respec your Magicka/Health/Stamina points?

I'm kind of a dual-wielding/shield&1h ---- warrior/paladin, I'm level 48 and I'm not quite sure what I'm doing with my points atm..

I have 200 magika, 320 health, 250 stamina (base stats)

Is this alright? I really have no idea where to put my points. Obviously, if I respec my perks I'm going to need different stats ect.

Which way should I go about distributing my points?

No, you cannot redistribute your stats.

Put more into stamina in the ratio of 1 health/3 stamina

Do not put a single level into Stamina, as foods can be used to give you stamina regeneration and you only need 1 point of stamina to use power attacks.

Honestly I'd rather play fluently than keep bringing up the menu to eat something

Stamina seems to be very overrated around here.

Because bringing up the menu once every five minutes is such an inconvenience?

Your stamina directly correlates to your carry weight and the amount of time you can sprint, it is far from useless. I wouldn't say you'd need more than 350 stamina on a character though.

For all of my warrior characters that used Restoration, I'd cap my base magicka at 150, my stamina at 300-350 (giving around and extra 100-125 carry weight) and then everything else into health.

With 75% reduction equipment on restoration spell cost, I had no trouble casting 4-5 Grand Healings mid battle if I needed to.
