How will they top the Dragonborn?

So, I'm wondering what your thoughts are on how they'll top the Dragonborn. He's obviously the most powerful PC we've been thus far, so I was wondering what direction you think Beth will take with the next entry.

The reincarnation of Talos. Or that guy that tricked the gods, forgot his name. Sorry I'm not a loremaster.

Talos, one of the divines, being reincarnated just sounds silly. So, you come back, as any race, and have no powers at the start. It's doable, just pretty lame.

Let Talos be.

And I believe you're referring to Lorkhan as the one that tricked the gods.

I think a better question would be 'Why should they?' The Player Characters in both Morrowind and Oblivion were nothing special, they just happened to be in the right place at the right time and got mixed up into the main story (there's no canon info about the Nerevarine actually being a reincarnation after all).
