Destruction is only underpowered when it is compared to the super OP equipment warriors and rogues can make.

Also, pure mages with all schools mastered are the most OP things in existence. Example:

"Bandit cheif in Orcish Armour with an Ebony Greatsword notices you"

BC: I WILL COAT THE WALLS WITH YOU-!!!!

*mage casts Fear/Summons two Wrathmen*

BC: I SUBMIT!!!!!

Funny how you fail to mention Destruction in that scenario.

When you are the most OP thing in existence, you only fall back on Destruction when you need to.

Because destruction stinks, which is totally unfair for offensive-type spellcasters. What if I want to throw firebolts around like a badass? Too bad, they do pathetic damage. You have to turn invisible and cast mass paralysis while your minions do all the fighting. LAME.

yea this

dont know why its so hard to understand how weak destruction is

>Dual casts Flame Cloak
>Casts invisibility, goes in the middle of a circle of enemies
>Casts Mass Paralysis
>Tries to cast mass paralysis again
You dont have enough magicka for that.

hey

Yes I realize you are a troll and don't even know what you are talking about. You don't need to remind everyone if this.

Potions with Weakness to Frost say hi. Also the point was that non-destruction magic is so laughable powerful that you can use a bad spell and still kill things with no effort if you use other spells for crowd control.

What is with your agenda against Destruction, pcmike? You act like J'zargo killed your brother with his Sparks or something.

You need to hit the enemy with a weapon to apply poisons, and all weapons are stronger than destruction in the first place so you might as well just use them.

Blizzard goes off your own resistance to frost. If you make, say a fortify destruction potion with a side effect of weakness to frost you can make Blizzard pretty powerful.
