Does anyone else love Skyrim, but it irritates their OCD ?

For example:
misc quest- report to the Jarl of Whiterun.
Cannot be completed b/c I didn't complete it at the right moment of the Civil War quest line.

And...

Various items that cannot be deleted from their inventory.

There are so many items I want out of my inventory, namely the elder scrolls for the Dawnguard DLC.

It just bugs me I can't get everything out of my inventory.

Can you not sell them to Dexion?

I cannot do quests without looking them up on UESP to see all possible outcomes, if there are any, to choose the one I like best.
Same with Fallout.
Any objective that you have multiple ways to go about completing, I must know all possibilities before doing anything.

Other than that I don't care about anything.

Can you not sell them to the orc librarian at the mage's college? That's the only other one I can think of.

SPOILERS:

No. If you sold him the one from the main story quest, then you have to buy it back from him during the Dawnguard quest, and then it's stuck as well.

Can you not just turn it into the Jarl at the Blue Palace in Solitude. After you complete the civil war all the jarls that got disposed end up there. The same is true with the palace in Windhelm if you side with the Empire.

Well, we could go on and on with the various quests that don't get removed as well as quest items that can't get removed from the inventory even after the quest is complete.
The fact is, it irriates my OCD and I'm unable to finish it.
Sad, I know.
