ookay?.... That was off topic. I'm simply fascinated by my fav games and respective directors. Howard, Casey Hudson, and before them, I was a MGS nut and loved Hideo Kojimas work. MGS5 coming soon too.
Bioware uses shared voices too, so Beth is not alone in that department . I've recognized the same voice actors doing several named and generic npc's in Dragon Age Origins and Star Wars the Old Republic .
Far less noticeable in ME games however. ME2 especially. Then again there are fewer NPCs in that, along with 90 actors in ME2, compared to 70 doing hundreds more in Skyrim.

Well Skyrim does have over 70 voice actors but " You'll never hear the same voice!" is horribly over-exaggerated. It'd also be entirely impractical. There's a damn lot of NPCs in Skyrim.
The NPCs shared voice actors isn't as big a deal as people make out anyway. People make it sound like there are only 10 voices being shared between everyone.
Also I've never come across a dragon picking up a Giant. I've hard about it happening for people but I don't know if it's true.
EDIT: Did Todd ever actually say " You'll never hear the same voice!"? I've never seen that sourced.
I call shenanigans because no matter where I travel or how far I go, the same Riften gaurd can be heard speaking through a Solitude variant. I honestly feel like there were 15 voice actors, not counting the rare unique NPC voice.
